Autism SA is now embarking upon the next stage of organisational development with the creation of a new management and leadership structure to ensure its future strategic and sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Corporate Services, key responsibilities of this new position include the effective leadership of a small team, and the hands-on management of the financial and human resources functions. You will be required to lead budgeting, reporting, acquittal of grants, and financial modelling whilst providing the oversight for proactive HR advisory services across the organisation including payroll services. Through exceptional customer service, you will assist the service teams with budgeting, service planning, and the provision of contemporary and timely advice and support on all HR matters including employee relations, interpretation of policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated professional with relevant tertiary qualifications to lead the operational management in a highly customer oriented environment.
