Senior leadership role

Our client is a broad and diverse organisation which both attracts and provides a wide range of support services to an extensive clientele which invests heavily in the future growth and financial stability of South Australia. It now seeks to appoint a Senior Property Manager to lead an established and successful team and act as the face of one of its key assets and support an extensive range of stakeholders.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the vital operations of one of its major assets whilst leading and managing key operational staff and service providers to achieve agreed performance milestones and to ensure its business plan objectives are developed and implemented. This will include overseeing marketing, promotion and property asset management associated with this prime asset. This will also require working closely with and continuing to develop crucial relationships with managing agents, contractors and consultants, and importantly current and prospective tenants. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is paramount.

Appropriate qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or formal management qualifications, together with an understanding of managing large multi-tenanted commercial, industrial or retail property assets is essential. Demonstrated leasing and management of similar property assets, together with a strong understanding and experience of planning, budgeting and the implementation of complex capital works projects is also required. In addition to related budget management and responsibility for OHS&W, a track record of achieving results and the ability to work collaboratively with an extensive range of internal and external stakeholders will be highly regarded.
