SENIOR MANAGEMENT ROLE

Ausco Modular is the leading provider of modular, relocatable, portable and transportable buildings in Australia. An exciting new opportunity has been created for an experienced leader to join this dynamic company.

Reporting directly to the Southern Regional Manager, this role will manage all facets of the SA Branch operations to ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities of this general management role include :-

• developing and implementing strategies to ensure the Branch achieves its growth, revenue and profit objectives;
• initiating and developing customer relationships at a senior level;
• identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes and procedures;
• providing outstanding leadership to the multi-disciplinary SA team.

The successful candidate will preferably have gained management experience from within a similar business-to-business environment. Confidence in managing budgets and an understanding of tendering processes are important. A business development or engineering background from the building/construction sector will be viewed favourably, but is certainly not essential. Relevant formal tertiary qualifications in engineering or business will be highly regarded. Effective leadership skills, together with an unwavering commitment to the achievement of results will be pivotal to your success.
