Recognised as the market leader within their field, this organisation boasts turnover in excess of $380 million and over 800 staff nationally. Through effective use of the latest technology and by employing the best people to serve their clients in every area of the business they are rapidly expanding on a national basis. They now seek to appoint a Business Development Manager for South Australia to execute their growth strategy.

Reporting to the Group General Manager – Business Development and Marketing, you will have responsibility to identify and develop new business opportunities, implement strategies and negotiate successful outcomes. You will play a key role in preparing and presenting formal presentations and tender submissions. A “young gun”, you thrive on setting and achieving ambitious targets and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment and aligning yourself with other high achievers keen to succeed. With highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate the ability to develop and foster a collaborative approach to business development.

Experience within commercial property would certainly give you a great start in this entrepreneurial role as you take control of this newly created opportunity requiring a high level of autonomy. With a commerce or business degree and a successful track record of achieving results through influence, you can “make your mark” in this successful organisation.
