The company, which has a national focus, seeks to appoint a Manager for its Engineering Division to be located in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the appointee will lead and manage the safe and profitable growth of the Engineering Division of the company. With a clear vision to grow the business, you will provide the leadership to achieve its full potential nationally. Of key importance will be the development of new business relationships leading to profitable growth and an absolute commitment to the triple bottom line approach to business success.

An ambitious, highly skilled, and confident professional, you are able to demonstrate success in a similar role, are results focused and possess outstanding leadership abilities with the skills to nurture and develop your team. The role also requires you to engage at all levels of the business both internally and externally. A strategic thinker, you will also need to be adept in the implementation of change within a business that has major growth potential. Appropriate tertiary qualifications are essential.
