This presents an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled finance executive to play a significant role in charting the strategic future of LCMHC. Reporting to the CEO of the Calvary Health Care North Adelaide site, this position will be responsible for high level financial advice and support to the executive teams for both the Calvary North Adelaide and Calvary Central District Hospitals. This is a multi-dimensional position that will lead a dedicated team and the smart innovative financial management, planning and resources across two sites to ensure strategic objectives and targets are achieved. In addition, you will be responsible for leading the central function of accounts payable and payroll across all four State sites and developing business cases for capital and asset planning and new commercial opportunities. Strong customer service ethos is essential as you provide timely reports and advice to the local executive teams, LCMHC National Director Private Hospitals and other LCMHC national leadership roles.

You will be a highly skilled, commercially astute and confident finance professional with CA/CPA qualifications. You will possess excellent planning skills, an analytical approach and the capacity to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication skills, report writing abilities, negotiation skills and strong customer and service delivery orientation are required.
