Solar Shop Australia (SSA) is a wholly Australian owned renewable energy company and the largest of its type in the Australian marketplace. Based in Adelaide and reporting to the National Operations Manager, this newly created position will enhance national systems and processes in the installation area.
Key responsibilities of this diverse role will include :-
developing and introducing improved administration procedures to streamline installation processes including the implementation of appropriate software;
reviewing installer contracts and monitoring installation quality;
leading a team of operations administration staff across multiple locations;
enhancing post installation processes.
Applications are encouraged from suitably experienced applicants with demonstrated success in developing and implementing large scale operational processes within their organisation. The successful applicant will be process driven, well organised and display outstanding leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Solar energy experience is not required for this role; more important is the ability to make things happen quicker and smarter. Flexibility for interstate travel will be required for this position.
