Reporting directly to the Board, this diverse and pivotal new role will oversee finance, operations, reporting, human resources, information technology, strategic planning, quality control, marketing, business development, systems and structures and “free up” the directors and consultants to focus on their core technical specialities and client services.

Applications are encouraged from proven corporate services professionals with experience in a range of the above functions and a genuine affinity with the provision of top tier professional services. Relevant qualifications and experience crafting and enhancing back office systems for an evolving entity will also be highly regarded.

Amongst the personal qualities sought are high levels of integrity, proactivity, energy, drive, flexibility, commercial acumen, IT savvy, strategic thinking capabilities and the credibility that derives from a natural communication style and complete focus on client service.
