COTA Member Services

COTA Member Services (CMS) is a recently established company affiliated with COTA Seniors Voice, South Australia’s peak seniors’ organisation. CMS has the express purpose of significantly growing membership for and on behalf of COTA in each Australian state and territory, improving member value and increasing member engagement.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Australia, you will be responsible for all marketing activity relating to COTA membership. This will include the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan to increase membership and to deliver strategies for improving member retention. This will be achieved by offering and enhancing an extensive range of member benefits and supporting initiatives on a national basis, through the involvement of other COTA bodies Australia wide.

This exciting and autonomous role will call upon your ability to be innovative and action oriented in the design, delivery, execution and evaluation of a broad range of marketing and sales related activities. You will be tertiary qualified in marketing and ideally have gained experience within a membership based environment.
