BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Trees For Life
Trees For Life Incorporated works with the community to revegetate South Australia and protect its native bushland. This award winning organisation currently has more than 10,000 individual, family, group and business members.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for contributing to the organisation’s environmental and financial objectives and will play a pivotal role in contributing to the future direction of the organisation. This new and challenging position will form part of the management team and ensure linkages between the business development strategy and the aims and objectives of the organisation. You will take responsibility for identifying future opportunities which improve market positioning, income streams, increasing current nursery and direct seed business activities and Carbon Neutral programs and initiatives. This will be achieved by fostering and enhancing existing relationships and further developing direct and indirect channels including strategic partnering and donor initiatives.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results focused individual with the ability to engage and influence people at all levels in business and government and able to harness their support for Trees For Life initiatives. Qualifications in commerce, business, marketing or similar will be highly regarded. Exceptional relationship management skills and a proven ability to bring new initiatives to fruition will be highly regarded.
