Senior generalist HR opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a true HR generalist to join a leading medium sized business that continues to grow and maintain profitability in a niche market sector. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this senior role will have overall responsibility for the management of the human resources function. Responsibilities of this autonomous and hands-on role include :-
• coordinating the organisational development and performance appraisal processes across the organisation;
• providing remuneration and benefits advice;
• maintaining and improving the human resource management information systems;
• facilitating recruitment for the organisation;
• developing and enhancing effective human resource policies and procedures and building and improving upon the excellent OHS&W standards.
You must have a bias for action and be approachable, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment. HR experience in manufacturing or a related sector is preferred and tertiary qualifications well regarded. The ability to build and maintain strong workplace relationships at all levels is essential.
