For more than 40 years, SA Lotteries has been creating prosperity for the community of South Australia, principally through prizes to players and profits to hospitals. Since inception in 1967, almost $2 billion has been distributed to public hospitals from the responsible promotion and conduct of Lotto, Oz Lotto, Powerball, Keno, Instant Scratchies and Super 66 games.

Due to a pending retirement, the organisation seeks a professional and highly motivated generalist Human Resources Manager to manage the HR function and deliver valued added HR solutions.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this position is both strategic and operational. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and managing and administering the full range of HR activities including industrial and employee relations, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, superannuation, organisational development, occupational health and safety, and policy development.

The successful candidate will be results focused, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in delivering HR solutions within a corporate environment.

This exciting role will ideally suit a tertiary qualified senior HR generalist who is highly motivated, enjoys autonomy and has the ability to coordinate and manage a range of activities and achieve outcomes.
