Our client is a key player in the industrial services sector and has experienced significant growth in recent years. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR practitioner to provide a comprehensive human resources service to one of the organisation’s key sites, located in a regional centre north of Adelaide.
Reporting to the Central Region Human Resources Manager, responsibilities of the role include :-
• providing considered HR advice and support to site based managers throughout the Central Region;
• implementing site and corporate policy initiatives, maintaining comprehensive HR records and reports and ensuring compliance;
• facilitating a wide range of critical HR activities including recruitment, performance management, professional development, induction, injured worker rehabilitation and remuneration reviews;
• interpreting industrial instruments and supporting site managers in the negotiation and settlement of grievances and other employment related matters;
• contributing to the implementation of the Central Region Strategic HR Plan.
With appropriate qualifications, you will be a credible, proactive and self-motivated individual and have the ability to adapt to an environment experiencing continual change. Attention to detail and excellent project management skills will also be essential along with exceptional communication abilities, high energy, drive and resilience.
The role could equally suit an emerging or more seasoned professional.
An attractive remuneration package on or near six figures and relocation assistance will be negotiated to secure a high calibre candidate.
