Clinical leadership opportunities

Opportunities exist for skilled and experienced registered nurses who want to take leadership roles in the aged care sector.

We have opportunities for experienced registered nurses with demonstrable, proven leadership abilities and operational management experience in either Site Manager or Care Manager roles in large facilities providing high and low care accommodation and support services. Responsibilities for Site Managers include the leadership and guidance of staff as well as the day-to-day operational management of the facility including the financial, clinical, quality, risk, human resources and administration management requirements. The Care Manager will deputise for Site Managers as required, and may have lead responsibilities for specified projects, portfolios or clinical programs. Stakeholder management and delivering high quality customer service and care within operating costs and budgets is paramount.

Innovation, commitment to quality care and continuous improvement are key qualities sought. Candidates that enjoy leading and managing in a complex multi-faceted environment, with excellent communication, management, financial and budgeting skills, and clinical governance abilities are encourage to apply. Experience in the aged care sector will be highly valued, as is solid working knowledge of the accreditation, funding requirements, relevant standards and legislation.
