The Hender Contract Division is highly recognised as a first-class provider of accounting, HR and payroll contract staff to leading public and private sector organisations in South Australia.

We deal with multiple clients in varied industry sectors and seek registrations of interest from experienced professionals. To be considered for our assignments, ideally you will possess and demonstrate significant hands-on experience in mid to high volume environments.

Key responsibilities of these payroll contracts include:

• processing timesheets for employees into various computerised payroll systems;
• collating and following up timesheets and associated leave requests;
• acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager payroll enquiries;
• assisting in the preparation of month end;
• assisting in the preparation of superannuation and salary sacrifice returns as required.

To be successful in a payroll contract you will have:

• proven experience working with confidential information;
• strong attention to detail;
• the ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines;
• superior communication skills with a strong customer focus;
• proven experience working with Chris21, Micropay, Masterpay or MYOB Premier.

You may be available for an immediate start, be looking to re-enter the job market, currently on contract and nearing the end of another contract or permanent placement.
