established to complement the existing business already
provided by Hender Consulting enabling us to offer a
full service to our clients from recruiting the receptionist
through to the boardroom.
We recruit for a range

Temporary Recruitment
Entrée Recruitment maintains an up to date database
of experienced temporary and contracting staff across
a range of disciplines who can work for one day or on
extended projects. Many clients use temporary staff
to cover annual leave, sickness, peak periods, parental
leave, special projects and end of financial year demands.
One of the key benefits of having a temporary worker
is the flexibility of having them available when you
need them, without committing to permanent employment.
Permanent Recruitment
Although Entrée Recruitment does keep a database of
suitable candidates looking for permanent employment,
advertising the vacancy is often still the most effective
means of finding the right candidate. This process involves
tailoring the advertisement to attract the best selection
of candidates for the vacancy and using the most appropriate
space for the level of the position. We also recommend
the use of Internet advertising both on commercial websites
such as www.seek.com.au
and our own website.
Recruitment Methodologies
At Entrée Recruitment, the way we recruit temporary
and permanent candidates is a consistent and thorough
process. We have developed a step by step method that
is followed for every assignment. This process ensures
that we inform clients at every stage, what is involved,
who is responsible and the timeline that is expected
to complete the recruitment assignment.
All Entrée consultants have been trained in behavioural
based interviewing, which is a technique used in all
interviews. We give clients the opportunity to discuss
and choose certain qualities and attributes to be tested
prior to interviewing.
We endeavour to reference
check all applicants prior to referring them to our
clients to certify that the information provided at
interview is correct. Our shortlist reports include
a consultant report, the candidate’s resume and the
reference check conducted by Entrée Recruitment.
Candidate Management
At Entrée Recruitment, we have implemented rigorous
procedures and systems to meet the ongoing demand of
candidate applications. We
ensure that all applicants receive notification from
us within a 24 hour period. We also have a dedicated
consulting team whose primary responsibility is to assist
these candidates with career advice, preparation for
client interviews and assisting them to find the right
position to suit their skills and background. This team
is also responsible for managing the temporary staff
loyalty program, including coordinating awards, incentives
and maintaining regular contact with all temp staff.
